I look up, weary of something moving. Before I can realize what’s happening, something smashes into my face.
“You’re really making this difficult for me, love.” I hear him say as my vision blurs. “I’ll have to teach you a lesson. Maybe losing a leg will demotivate you from trying to escape.”
