Caroline's PoV
When George and I got up from where we were sitting in front of the tree, we went to the horses, and I immediately approached Ali. I looked at her, and she was okay; I had assumed that horses would be involved in the fight.
"I'll just say goodbye to Johnny and Garry, as well as your guards," George said to me, and I agreed, climbing aboard Ali and waiting for George to return.
After a time, he returned and rode with Ali; I held to his waist, and he merely walked the horse; I needed to talk to Angel's family straight away so I could explain what had happened to her.
"Are you sure you want to go to Angel's parents' house right away?" George inquired.
"Yes, I want to go, and we have to go because Angel is essential to them," I said to George as he sped away.
