Caroline's PoV
When we arrived at Leopold's estate, George was the first to exit the carriage, followed by Johnny. I went out as well, and Johnny assisted me in getting out of the carriage; there were already a few people at the gatherings, and my eyes were searching for Garry.
There were a lot of royal vampires in the meeting above, all of whom had prestige in their names, and I keep my distance because I didn't know anyone in the gathering.
I closed my mind with my spell so that no one could read my mind, except for George, of course.
The venue is also well-prepared for the Leopold’s event; I hope Mom and Garry will be there as well, so I won't be left out.
