Beatrice's PoV
I walked out of the house, hoping no men would look at me because yesterday when we were at the market, some men were looking at me. I just walked to the convenience store, which is fortunate because there is one near here in George's place, but it appears that no one goes there to the convenience store.
When I finished paying at the counter, two women came in, and I looked at them because they talked about something I didn't understand. But I heard what they were saying, and it was about George, so I stopped walking and stayed on the other side of the exit door; they won't notice me here that I was listening to them.
