George's PoV Time and night passed, and I was about to go to the library when I noticed Beatrice standing outside her room, hugging her pillow. I approached her, and it was clear from her expression that she was still terrified to this day. "Are you still afraid? They will not return, I assure you," I told Beatrice, and she responded. "I'm still scared because I might not wake up and end up being eaten," Beatrice explained. "That will not happen. It's impossible for that to happen because I can sense what's going on," I told Beatrice, and she grabbed my sleeve. "Could you accompany me to my room and keep an eye on me?" Beatrice asked me, and I felt sorry for how she looked now because she appeared to cry when I refused her request. "All right, but I'm leaving when you sleep soundly.
