Looking at Seraphina lying on the floor, I was so happy that I wanted to whistle. Caleb was a fool and was manipulated like a dog.
Only Damien made me not that happy. If Seraphina could take the initiative to Sever their mate bond, Damien would be mine. But Damien didn't seem to have any plans to sever their mate bond.
It didn't matter, that pup in Seraphina's belly will die soon. I smeared wolfsbane on that door. I deliberately let Seraphina hear me cheating with Damien, and whenever she touched that door, she would be exposed to wolfsbane. The dose of wolfsbane was so small that it was almost harmless to adult werewolves and went undetected. But for the pup that has just developed, it was fatal.
