Chapter Eighteen

Sterling’s POV

I was late getting to Lacie’s room because of Enzo. One round turned into 5. We just cannot seem to keep our hands off each other. Lacie, Julie, Rae, and I are all getting ready together for her party. Tonight at midnight is when she turns 18 and I'm so excited for her to get her wolf. The party does not start until 11, since she wants to mingle to see if she finds her mate. It is currently 9:45.

"Are you getting excited birthday girl?" I teased her.

"Excited, nervous, I am excited to get my wolf and meet her. I am nervous because of hopefully finding my mate." she giggled nervously. Just then there was a knock on the door, it was the hairstylist and makeup artist.

"Hey, you two come on in!" I motioned for them to come in.

"Hey, ladies. Who are we starting with?" they both asked.

"I will go first along with Rae, then Lacie and Julie last," I answered them both.

We all showed them our dresses so they could decide what would look best for us. I sat down, and they started braiding and twisting my hair. Rae got started with makeup. It took them about 30 minutes until we both swapped. Rae would not take as long on her hair since it's not as thick as mine and much shorter. Rae's hair only took 15 minutes,

“Lacie, it's your turn." I shouted to her.

"Okay," she said, getting up.

Twenty minutes later and my makeup was done, I went and looked into the mirror and my hair was all pulled up, twisted up and the twists were crossed over each other, my makeup. My neutral colors in the eye shadow with a hint of blue and a nude lip with gold eyeliner.

"Thank you both so much, I really appreciate it." I pulled the makeup artist to the side and paid for everyone's makeup and hair. Julie walked over and sat down in the makeup artist's chair to get ready.

"It's all on me today," she turned to the makeup artist and hairstylist.

"Sorry ma'am, it's already been taken care of," the hairstylist answered her.

She glared at me, " Ish should have been faster than that mom." I winked at her and turned towards Lacie's bathroom to go change.

Thankfully, I could step into my dress and not mess anything up. " Can you zip me up?" I turned my back to her.

"Yes, as long as you zip me up," she replied.

I turned around and zipped her up as well. I walked out and sat on the couch at the end of her bed and put my shoes on.

"I cannot wait to see you, my beautiful Luna," Enzo said through our mind link.

"I can't wait to take all of your clothes off again my handsome Alpha." I giggled after I sent that.

"Oh, just you wait and see,” he growled seductively.

I put up my block and finished putting my shoes on, Lacie and Julie have just swapped seats.

"I'm going to head down and make sure everything is in order, I'm taking Rae with me." I leaned down and gave them a hug.

They both nodded at us, Rae and I walked out, went to the elevator, and waited in it. When the doors opened, both Enzo and Colton were in.

"Well, hello Luna and my angel," Colton said, taking Rae's hand.

"Hello," I said back. I walked over to Enzo and planted a kiss on his cheek.

"You look beautiful as always." Enzo bent down and kissed my mark. I had to try so hard to hold on my own moon.

"Are you trying to cause something?" I growled at him in our mind-link.

"Always trying to do you, my love," he said.

That had Sapphire purring in my head. Even more, the doors opened and the four of us stepped out. I started walking towards the hall to see if everything was in place, which thankfully it was. The kitchen omegas were placing the food out on the tables, along with the dessert. People were already starting to show up, it was only 10:45.

"People are starting to show up sis,” I said to her.

"We will be right there," she replied.

"You did an amazing job putting this together in two days baby," Enzo said to me.

"Thank you, but everyone who put out all of the decorations and cooked the food is who we should really be saying thank you to," I said as I took his hand in mine.

"You have such a big heart. That's one of the many things I love about you." he smiled at me.

"You know what I love about you?" I answered him.

"What is that?" he raised his brow.

I stood up on my tiptoes and placed my lips next to his ear, "The way you f**k me." I said seductively while I tugged on his ear.

He growled and moaned in my ear. "You better watch it or I will take you right here," he said to me.

I laughed at him and started to mingle around with the pack members who had shown up. Enzo followed behind me and started to speak to them.

"Hey Zeke," I said as we walked up to him.

"Hello, Alpha, Luna." He bowed.

"Beta," the couple that we were talking to bowed and walked away.

. "You clean up pretty nice," I pointed to his outfit.

"Thank you, Luna," he said.

“Please, how many times have I asked you to call me Sterling?" I started to glare at him.

“I’m sorry Sterling, habit.” He bowed and walked away.

Lacie's POV

I started to walk around and talking to everyone. I looked down at my phone and noticed it was 10 minutes before midnight. I walked over to my mom,

"Do you care to step outside with me mom?" I asked nervously.

"Of course, sweetheart, is everything okay?" she asked, concerned.

"Yes, I just wanted to step outside and experience myself getting my wolf with you," I replied.

"I would love that," she said and wrapped her arm around mine. We both walked out to the garden and sat on the far bench and looked up at the sky. I grabbed my mom's hand; I could hear her sniffling.

"What's wrong?" I turned to look at her.

"Both you and your brother grew up so fast, I said, but happy. I am sad because you two are not little and running around anymore. I am happy because you have grown into such a beautiful young lady, you have always done your best at everything you do. I'm so proud of you, I'm proud to be called your mom." she answered while squeezing my hand.

"Thank you, mom. I couldn’t ask for a better family.” I smiled.

“Do you think you are going to find your mate tonight?” my mom raised her eyebrows.

“Honestly, I have no idea. If I did that, it would be great if they loved me and treated me well. For all we know, they could belong to another pack, only the Moon Goddess knows.” I replied.

“Very wise, my darling. Whenever it does happen, it will be beautiful.” She reassured me.

“I hope it’s someone in our pack though. I don’t want to leave you all, I love living here with all of my family.” I said nervously.

I closed my eyes and just listened to everyone talking inside. I could hear the water flowing in the waterfall. I opened my eyes and stared at the night sky. The stars were so beautiful and shining bright. Just a few more minutes until I got my wolf, I could not wait to see what she looked like or what her name was. I just sat there looking up, “Happy birthday my dear daughter.” My mother said.

“Hello Lacie,” my wolf said to me.

“Hello, what is your name?” I asked her.

“Aspen. I have been looking through your memories and I must say you are such a good person; I am so happy to be paired with you.” She said to me.

A big smile grew on my lips, “What is her name sweetheart?” My mom questioned me.

“Her name is Aspen.” I smiled.

“What a beautiful name,” she answered, squeezing my hand.

“Are you ready to attend the party?” my mom asked.

“Yes, let’s go.” I got up and we both walked to the door and opened it.

The smell of teakwood and mint hit me, “Mate! Mate!” Aspen was howling in my head; my eyes widened and I was looking around to see who it was.

“What’s wrong, Lacie?” my mom looked at me.

“Mate” I answered.

Before I could take a step forward, my eyes locked on his and were so beautiful, they were a shade of blue. I had never noticed it before. I tried to take a step towards him, but he used his wolf speed and was right in front of me.

“Mine.” He growled into my neck; sparks erupted all over my skin.

Aspen was purring in my head. I looked at my mother. Her eyes were wide. He pulled back and looked into my eyes.

“Hello, my love, looks like you are my- “before he could even get the rest of his words out, my brother had grabbed him by his shirt and was dragging him outside.

“s**t,” I mumbled up my breath.

“Mom, he can’t hurt him.” I yelled while I followed them both outside. Sterling and my father were already out there by the time my mom and I arrived.

“Stop it!” I yelled to Enzo.

“Dude, I would never hurt her. You should know that.” He said to Enzo before he could punch him again.

“Sterling do something please?” I begged her.

“ENOUGH,” she growled in her Luna tone.

“Enzo, you know better than I do the mate bond cannot be messed with. He will not hurt her, and you should know that. Now let him go and apologize to your sister and him NOW!” she yelled.

Enzo immediately let him go and dropped his head, “I’m sorry man, she is just my baby sister.”

He said to him, “I know, but I would never hurt her. She is my mate.” He said to him while getting up.

Enzo walked over to me, “Sis, I am sorry. Protective brother took over. It won’t happen again as long as he doesn’t hurt you.” He said to me.

“I understand that, but you didn’t even give him the chance to talk, he won’t hurt me.” I replied to him, Sterling walked over and grabbed his hand and pulled him towards her. He walked over to me.

“I’m so sorry you had to see that, my love. I promise you I will never hurt you,” he said while grabbing my hand into his.

Goosebumps took over and my heart started beating faster, “I know you would never hurt me.” I smiled at him.

“Please tell me you accept me,” he said with pleading in his eyes.

“Of course, I do, Zeke,” I tried to reply. He slammed my lips into his and put his hand behind my hand, sparks took over where his lips touched me.

I pulled back and placed my forehead on his, “I’m glad you are my mate, you know?” he said.

“What do you mean?” I answered while pulling him towards the bench for us to talk.

Zeke’s POV

“I’m glad you are my mate, you know?” I spoke softly.

“What do you mean?” she questioned while pulling us over to the bench. My hands felt like they were on fire.

“Well, my love, I have always found you beautiful. I always thought it was because your brother made me promise to never try to date you. I thought it was because you were off limits. The funny thing is it’s because you are my mate.” I smiled towards her.

“Really, that’s funny how it worked out then,” she giggled.

. Her laugh is like music to my ears, it has Felix purring in my head.

“You are so beautiful,” I said while I brought her hand to my lips and kissed it.

I felt her take a deep breath, I saw goosebumps all over her body.

“Are you okay?” she asked me.

“Yes, just a busted lip, it should be healed within an hour,” I said to her.

“Let’s go mingle, I want to show you off.” I stood up and she wrapped her arms around mine.

Felix started to howl in my head, a huge smile grew across my lips. As we walked back inside, I saw everyone starting to look our way. I turned and looked at my love. Her cheeks became a beautiful shade of red. I turned back to everyone in front of us.

I pulled her towards Rae and Colton, “Hey, oh shit.” Colton said while tapping Rae’s shoulder. She turned around and gasped.

“No way!” she squealed.

I heard Lacie laugh, “how did Enzo not kill you?” Colton raised his brow.

“Well, he did pull me into the back yard and punched me.” I answered him.

“You’re lucky that’s all he did.” Colton laughed at me.

“Well, it looks like you are no longer a lone wolf. I’m glad it’s Lacie, but if you hurt her, will I kill you? Understood?” Rae said with her eyes turning black.

“I could never hurt her”, I leaned over to Lacie and kissed her forehead. Just then, I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I turned around, it was her father. “Sir,” I said to him.

“Look, I’m going to threaten you because you were in my home every day as a child, and I helped raise you, so I know you will never hurt my baby girl. I just wanted to say I’m happy it’s you that is her mate.” He said while he pulled me into a hug.

“Thank you, sir, I couldn’t be any happier right now.” I smiled.

“Please, call me dad.” He said and turned back towards his wife.

“Could I please have everyone’s attention, Thank you. We all gathered tonight to celebrate my sister’s birthday; I also want to announce that she is mated to our Beta Zeke Brown. She will be our female Beta. You guys will treat her with the same respect as before. Thank you” Enzo said, with Sterling at his side.

He locked eyes with me and winked. I looked at Lacie and could see the lust in her eyes, “Do you want to go back to our room, my love?” I leaned over and whispered in her ear.

She blushed and pulled me down to her, “Only if you plan on making love to me all night long,” she whispered seductively in my ear.

I grabbed her hand and used my wolf speed to pull her into the hall and down to the elevator. The elevator was taking too long. I picked her up bridal style and we went to my room using the stairs instead. This was going to be a long night and I was looking forward to worshipping her body. I opened my door and we both rushed in. I slammed it shut and locked it. I walked over to her and kissed her passionately, I wrapped my arms around her back and undid her stingers and unzipped her dress. She was unbuttoning my shirt; I slid the dress off her shoulder. I stepped back and admired her body; she did not have a bra on. She pushed my shirt off me, I ran my hands down her arms and to her legs. I picked her up and walked over to the bed. I leaned in and kissed her, both of our tongues fighting. She does it so well; she moves her hands down to my pants, unzipping and pushing them down, she takes my boxers down with them. She broke our kiss and looked down; her eyes widened at the size of my d**k.

I laughed, “Don’t worry, my love, we are made for each other.” I said as I started to kiss her neck. I got to her marking spot and nibbled at it.

She let out a moan. I started to get hard. I licked it and moved my way down even further, she widened her legs and flipped me over. She is now on top of me, she stands up and pulls down her underwear while her eyes are locked on mine.

“I should be taking those off” I growled at her.

She ignores me and walks back over to the bed; she stares down at my d**k and squats down on it. She wraps her hand around it and starts to stroke it. I laid my head back down and groaned. I suddenly felt warmth around it, my eyes snapped open, and I looked down.

“Lacie, F*ck.”

She had taken me into her mouth. While she was moving up and down veins, her tongue was licking my veins. Every time she came up, she would take her tongue and lick the tip. I grabbed the sheet on the bed and moaned, “Lacie baby, I’m going to blow if you keep this up”, I growled.

She pulled up and laughed. I laid my head back down. She crawled on top of me and started to grind against my d**k. I could feel how wet she was.

Felix howled out in pleasure. I pulled back after regaining my eyesight. I licked up my mark.

“Are you okay baby?” I asked her.

I pulled out of her and kissed her forehead. We both got up and walked to the bathroom. I walked to the shower and turned the water on. I checked the temperature and stepped in. I closed my eyes, standing there replaying what had happened a few moments ago. Suddenly, I felt her kissing my marking spot. I stood there and let the water rinse my shampoo out. I turned around and grabbed her by the back of her neck. I pushed her up to the wall.

“Tell me what you want.” I growled at her.

She leaned her head forward “You are inside of me now,” she said while grabbing my d**k.

I pulled her up by her legs and pressed my hands against the wall while her legs were wrapped around them. I pushed myself into her entrance just enough for the tip to go in. She gasped out the load, I slowly pulled it back out and kept doing just the tip.

She pulled back and followed my lead. Once that was done, I went to put her down but when her legs started to shake, I picked her up and walked over to our bench and sat there with her on my lap. I placed my lips onto hers and kissed her with everything I had in me. She was fighting for control. Felix was going nuts in my head about how he could communicate with his wolf. I pulled back and placed our foreheads together.

“I love you, mi Amor” I said to her, her eyes lit up.

“I love you too, Zeke,” she replied.
