Kian’s POV
Eli walked into the room like he was on a mission to kill me with his eyes alone. If dagger stares were a real weapon, I’d be six feet under with my name carved into a gravestone labeled “Here Lies the Dumb Alpha Who Licked a Boy.”
But I wasn’t even looking at his eyes.
No.
My focus was locked on his lips.
Those same soft, stupidly perfect lips I’d licked just hours ago, slowly, deliberately and Moon help me, I could still taste them. Still felt the slight tremble in his body when my tongue grazed the corner of his mouth. Still remember the way his breath hitched, how he froze up like his whole system had crashed and restarted.
And the worst part?
I wanted more.
I wanted to pin him to the bed, cage him in with my arms, and kiss him senseless
