Sam came back some time ago. I've started cooking bacon on my fryer in my truck. Im glad I move my truck when I did because the oil needed time to warm up.
Bacon strips are cooked and sitting under the warmer. John is cooking Fries in the fryer. Cheese has been melted.. Let's do this I think as I turn on my music. I enjoy country to rap. My play list just does its thing.
I flip my open sign on and mindlink the alpha telling him I'm ready.
Everything goes in order.
Pretzel Buns get warmed. Tenderloin, bacon and the nacho cheese topped with my roast on top of it then top bun and a skewer in the center with some fries on the side.
It's such a massive sandwich that I know leave my customers full. If not to have leftovers.
One by one everyone comes to grab a sandwich. I enjoyed bossing John around. But I enjoyed him watching him salivate reach time I passed a sandwich out and mark a tally per sandwich out. I'm really glad I had enough for 500 customers.
The men sure can eat. My boxes on the outside of my truck are just about empty.
"alpha Drew, what can I do for you?" I ask alpha. I was just about to turn my burners and warmers off.
"I... Umm... Wanted another sandwich. It was really really good and I just couldn't get enough. If I'm being honest Abby. I was going to put it in the fridge so I could eat it tomorrow " He says sheepishly...
I stare at him and smile... This earns me a growl from John. I turn to him "Hush... I take pride in people loving my cooking. Kinda goes with why this is my passion. Love goes in and my customers feel the love." John just looks down feeling guilty.
"Yes alpha I'd love to make you another sandwich. I've got to make John a couple also for payment of dealing with fries. I've got about 20 more tenderloins left. I'll have you call 17 people over here to help me take those sandwiches to the orphanage. They can save the sandwich or the nannies and children can gorge like the rest of us. Can you do that for me?"
I smile knowing I've made many happy tonight...
Alpha drew instantly had 17 people next to my truck ready to grab a plate to take to the orphanage.
"Listen up!!! I'm going to hand you a plate. You will not eat it. Once the 17th plate is out. I want to make a show of going to hand it to the nannies table. We take care of our own dont we deer creek!!!" I announce.
"YES WHITE WOLF!" The cheer.
"Perfect. Alpha I ask that you take a video for me while I make your and Johns sandwiches"
"Yes White wolf" alpha says.
That just makes me laugh.
Alpha took my video. I've played it so many times. It fills my heart knowing I've given love and filled their bellys.
John is sprawled on the ground right now complaining how he's so full. How he's so in love with me and my cooking.
Alpha snuck his sandwich to his office mini fridge mumbling how he has to guard his sandwich; how he can't trust anyone.
That made me giggle..
It's close to 11pm now. I gave the kids a pass to staying up. They are rough housing with other kids. Jack and emma were sound asleep by 9pm. Sam is in the house with them.
I Nudge John. "Ready for the pack run??"
"I physically can't. If this is how I die.. Im a happy man!!"
Okay so Johns out. He's in a food coma.
Looking around. John isnt the only one in a food coma.
I burst into giggles..
"DEER CREEK!! You've already found your white wolves thanks to mother selene! You have a choice to do a pack run! I will take a vote. Raise your hand if you'd like to go for a run!?"
Only two people out of the 350 raise their hand.
This makes my fit of giggles continue...
"Alright deer creek. Calm your wolves. What your feeling is love and full bellys. Some would call it a food coma. You'll be fine in the morning. Goodnight deer creek!!"
I try to get john to stand. But it's fruitless.
So I tell John to shift so we can sleep under the moon. Many other pack Members hear me... (Thanks werewolf hearing) they shift too.
I shift with John. And snuggle into him. I'm thinking of the money I've made today.
500 sandwiches times 15$ a meal.
It was a good day. I'll take the money to the bank tomorrow and divide it into the kids savings...
The moon feels so good on my fur along with my mate at my side.
I look to John. He looks happy.
"John." I Nudge him with my nose.
"John." I repeat.
He looks at me "mmmm?"
" John look at me " I say
He does. But doesn't try to life his head.
"John, may I mark you under the full moon? While mother selene is watching?"
Annie we on the same page?
Oh yes, let's do this!!!!
Johns now prancing like a giddy child.
"John, settle down. You're stomach is full remember??"
" Yes, but I'm so happy right now. I've gotta dance!"
This causes me to giggle as I notice the other wolves create a circle around us.
Carter, Carlie, Mason and hunter come to our side rubbing their hands in our fur. Noticing this; John get serious, lays down in front of me and Annie. I see him share control as I am right now with Annie.
"Ive wanted this for years. You've made me so happy Abby and Annie. I promise to never leave your side. Or the kids'." They say.
"I'm happy to hear that John and Jay. I look forward to forever with you " we lick his nose.
Annie and I position our teeth on the right while he goes to the left...
"Under the full moon as selene as our witness your union as mates! Along with a food coma.. Haha.. I hereby announce you as mates!!!
We both bite at the same time sinking our teeth lower until we feel bone just under our teeth. Instant stars shoot to our eyes. It was like instant euphoria. Letting our teeth out slowly. We lick each other's fur, healing our bites.
We both start to glow. I'm filled with love and adoration. Looking up to the moon. I can feel selenes presence.
I can't help it. I howl hard screaming my thanks and love.
John joins as does the rest of the pack.
And just like that we fall asleep as one.
