Penelope dumped the drink on Princess Anna's dress. Anna screamed as loudly as she was able to scream. Penelope quickly covered her ears. Anna was screaming like Penelope had dumped acid on her dress and like she was burning from it. When she stopped screaming Penelope said, "I am sorry, Princess Anna, I did not mean to do this to you. It was an accident." Penelope tried to look sad but she was not able to give that expression. Instead she laughed. "I am so sorry. I did not mean to laugh at you but, your current state amazed me. I am deeply sorry, I hope you understand Princess Anna." Maybe it was the alcohol in her system which was making her laugh.
