ARIELLE’S POV
My eyes widened in such as I digested the words Aiden had thrown at me. I was not sure if I had heard him right. I blinked, my eyes growing even wider.
“You...want us to go out on a date tomorrow?” I inquired, unsure of his words.
Aiden nodded, a smirk growing on his lips. “Yeah, a date. Just you and me.”
“But a date means we’ll be going out, together. People will see us together. And what would Enzo and Derek say?”
Aiden waved his hand in the air, dismissively. “I don’t care about what Enzo, Derek, or what anyone would say. I am finally ready to be seen with you. And if they see me with you, maybe the bullying will finally stop.”
