ARIELLE’S POV
Not waking up beside Aiden made me sad, but seeing that he had left a note for me, made me just as thrilled. I stretched, picked up the note and read it making a smile curl up my lips.
“I had so much fun during our date. Watching you eat was the highlight of it all. I also enjoyed sleeping next to you. It’s always so calming. I hope we can always be together, alone, just you and me.”
My heart fluttered as I read his letter again and again. Even if Enzo and Derek did not like me, Aiden did and that was enough for me. I placed the note into my drawer with the rest and got ready for school. I hummed as I walked down the stairs, a bright smile on my face.
“You seem so happy this morning,” Sarah grinned as she popped her head out of the kitchen.
