ENZO’S POV
We arrived at the school the next day, with Arielle beside us. We had all made it a habit now to pick her up and drive her to school. It was important that she was with us at all times, because she could get bullied if we were not with her.
I watched as Arielle walked nervously beside me, constantly glancing around as if she was afraid someone would attack her at any moment. She jumped at every noise, every person who walked by, and I couldn’t help but feel confused as to why she was acting like this. I looked over to Derek and Aiden and motioned for them to go ahead to class without us. They gave me a curious look, but they went anyway.
