"Arrgh", I hissed in pain, i think I need to rest a bit I thought to my self while returning to my office to take a break from the morning shoot.

I entered and sat down at desk before I could rest my head, the intercom rang.

"Oh God! Can't I get a minute rest from work". I hissed and pick it up.

"Yes" I said into the line only for me to hear a giggle at the end of line a scream loud enough to block my ears ?

"Babe am coming and hope your up and not sleeping " my friend Suki shouted and hanged up.

Yeah right, no more resting as my pa can never do anything right, who am I kidding it's Suki after all. I huffed

"Am here" , Suki shouted after she entered.

"Geez my ear", Suki pls have mercy I laughed which earned scowl by her.

"Okay am truly sorry mum"I said pouting which earned a laugh and a hiss.

"Seriously babe you need to see your face, by the way wats up its been long really" she stated

"Nothing much, just been quite busy lately now enough about how about you and jack " I asked

Jack is her high school crush and lover and now her fiancee.

"Well if you insist, jack is fine anddats remind me am actually traveling with jack for a business appointment and we will stay there a little while" she responds.

Well kinda sounds a like a honeymoon to me " I said.

"Oh please what you got to be kidding me didn't you hear me say its whole vacation stuff is for business"

Come on gal is not dat bad after all you will be with ur love all and don't make remind you wats follow " I shot back at her.

"Well p*****t dats your business anything to eat am famished " she replied.

'Did You just call me a p*****t, I will deal dat later as food why don't follow let's drop at home mum must have prepared something already " I said.

"Okay no problem let's by the way are you no more staying at your penthouse anymore?" She asked.

C'mon suki I still remember my dads law I should be spending at 3weeks with before going to spend the rest of the month at my place " I reminded her

"Oh that's true how can I forget the baby of the house must be watched" she replied.

It's not funny suki I wished I will live my life my way you know" I said.

"C'mon dat day will still come" she consoled me.

We arrived at my house in time, I parked the car and we came down discussing and laughing as we reached the door

I opened.

"Mum am home " I shouted.

My ears are on fire" suki said.

I laughed

"Good day Ma'am " Rose greeted us.

Yeah how are where is my mom and dad " I asked her.

"Ma your dad went to work he's not yet back and your mum went out to see a friend " she answered.

" I see well am off to my room with my friend prepare something really fast for us to eat and then let's us know when it's ready okay " I said.

Yes ma " she replied with that she left

Well that is settled suki let's go upstairs " I said to suki who was busy with her phone.

"Oh okay" she said as we left for my room.
