I went to meet Ethan in his room and discovered that he had fallen from his wardrobe. I don’t know what had made him climb up there.
I saw him lying flat on the floor, facing down, and he was already sobbing.
I immediately rushed to him and lifted him onto his bed.
"What happened, Ethan? What were you looking for?" I bombarded him with questions.
"I placed some of my shoes on the wardrobe, and I wanted to pick one because I was going to visit my friend. I accidentally fell down," he expressed sadly, his eyes drenched with tears and sweat.
"Okay, you know that you're not very tall. Why didn’t you just call me to help you? Why put yourself through this worry?" I challenged him, gently stroking his hair as I placed his head on my knees.
