“That’s the best part,” Church said. “It didn’t cost anything. It was free.” Albee stared at the Wellingtons’ house for a moment longer. If Linda Wellington had seen Church take the deity, the whole neighbourhood would know soon. Linda had once worked in PR and she still thought it was her job to get the message out, whatever message might find its way to this sleepy street.
