Lucas Baroni POV

One more week and I'm going to spend more time with Rae. I already miss her lovely face. I don't know what is happening to me but I like the new things I'm feeling right now. I decided to just go with the flow and see wherever destiny takes me.

I didn't tell her that I will be coming home and spend the weekend with the gang dahil tawag ng tawag sa akin si Daniel. Pinapauwi muna ako at last weekend na daw na magkakasama kami dahil hindi nila alam kung kailan babalik si Rae. Actually kung kailan kami babalik ni Rae. I smiled with that thought.

I saw them in the terrace smoking but I didn't see Rae. Lumapit ako kay Dani at tinanong kung nasaan ito.

"Hey Dani, where's Rae? Bat di niyo siya kasama? I saw kuya Enzo with Diane in the table." tanong ko agad kay Dani.

"Hello tol! Ok naman ako! baka gusto mo akong kumustahin muna bago mo hanapin ang prinsesa mo!" nakangising sabi nito. Palibhasa alam niya kasi na dati pa akong may gusto kay Rae ngayon na lang niya inungkat kasi single na ulit kami parehas and from that he always tease me lalo na kapag tumtawag ako sa kanya at tinatanong ko kung kumusta na ang bestfriend niya.

"C'mon dude! I know you're fine. Ikaw paba! Still a womanizer right? pero parang wala ka atang kasama ngayon na pabebe? Dahil ba kay Kaye?" balik asar ko sa kanya.

"Langya ka talaga Lucas, hanapin mo na nga lang si Rae at bigla na lang siyang nawala kanina baka naglalaklak na naman yun sa bar mag isa. Close na nga ata sila ni Adam na bartender ko kaya puntahan mo na at baka maunahan ka pa nun kay amazona."

"Does she even know that you call her like that?"

"Oh believe me Lucas I call her amazona, pitbull and even lady dragon na nga kaya malaking good luck sayo pag napaamo mo ulit yan. Bumalik pagkadragon nung iniwan ng fiancee eh lumala pa ata ngayon and speaking of fiancee go find Rae because I saw Jake and Kara earlier. She has a gold card and she even wanted to avail a Vip room but it was a big no. Tayo lang sa Vip rooms at sa rooftop. Mukhang balak nga niyang masilo isa satin before but poor her. Hitong pangit pa ang nasilo." humahalakhak pang pagkukuwento nito.

"Lucas, see you sa rooftop! doon na lang tayo para hindi makita ni Rae yung dalawa pinaayos ko na sa taas." pahabol pa ni Dani at tumango na lang ako bilang sagot.

I looked for her at the bar where Adam is at nandoon nga siya. Pinagmasdan ko siya habang ginagawa niyang tubig ang cocktail at pati na rin ang tequila. Then I turned to the person na tinitignan niya o kinakausap niya. It was them! Kaya siguro ganoon na lamang ang pag inom niya.

Lumapit ako sa kanila at nakinig na lang muna ako sa pinag uusapan nila. I was so proud of her, maybe she is really starting to move on dahil kinakausap pa rin niya ang babaeng iyon habang nakapulupot naman si Jake kay Kara.

I went to her, back hugged her and I put my chin on her shoulders and closed my eyes.

Damn how I missed this lady.

"Hi princess! I missed you!" I whispered and I kissed her on the cheeks.

She turned around and smiled at me widely as if she was just seeing me at that moment. I see longing in her eyes, maybe she misses me too.

My hands are still around her waist, I lowered my head and kissed her lips. Her lips are so sweet that i didn't mind whoever is infront of us and if everyone is looking at us.

It wasn't our first kiss but this time it was sweeter and i was the one who initiated the kiss not her. My heart started to beat so fast especially when she responded to my kiss and she put her hands around my neck. We needed to separate for us to be able to breathe.

"Hi my Rae! I miss you!" I said to her smiling at her with my heart out.

"Ciao! I miss you too!" she answered me back.

"Kailan ka dumating? Bat dimo sinabi sakin?" parang nagtatampong tanong niya.

"I wanted to surprise you and I wanted you to miss me too" i chuckled when I realized the cheesiness of what i have just said. Since when did I learn to say those words to a girl? They are usually the ones who always tell me that they miss me.

We were busy talking and laughing nang may tumikhim and it was Kara looking at me with her twinkling eyes.

"So now i know kaya nakapasok ka dito dahil sa new boylet mo, but still i know that mas mayaman pa din ako sa kanya kasi hindi ko siya kilala dito sa Pinas but i think he looks familiar." parang nag iisip pang sabi niya.

"Why is he calling you Rae? Why not Rika?" nagtatakang tanong pa ni Jake.

"Sorry to interrupt of what you were talking earlier. I need to get her coz our friends are already waiting in the rooftop so if you'll excuse us we will get going now" seryoso kong sabi sa kanila.

Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Rae at itinayo siya. Pinulupot ko ang mga bisig ko sa baywang niya as if telling Jake and everyone who sees her that she is mine.

Damn! I'm really doomed this time. I'm also being possessive to a woman who ain't mine yet.

Paalis na kami ng bigla akong pigilan ni Kara.

" Can we come and join you?" tanong niya.

"Pardon?" i answered back astonished at the fact na sobrang kapal ng babaeng to.

"Can we come and join you? " ulit nito.

"Why?" i asked.

"If someone like her have an access to the VIP

rooms and the rooftop then mas karapat dapat akong makijoin sa inyo ng mga friends mo."

"Why are you so sure about that? Do you even know Rae?"

"Yes! I know her personally, she owns a coffee shop kaya nga ako nagtataka kung bakit eh pero siguro dahil sayo kaya siya nakakasama sa Vip at sa rooftop."

"Sorry miss. I don't know who you are and I'm not interested to know about that and I am not also interested in explaining nor answering in any of your questions." suplado kong sagot.

Hinila ko na si Rae at iniwan na namin ang dalawa na parehas gulat na gulat while Kara is still talking to herself. Masyado naman siyang bilib sa sarili niya na halos ipangalandakan niya na galing siya sa isang mayamang pamilya.

Well, really rich people don't boast what they have especially if pinaghirapan ito ng kanilang mga magulang or mga ninuno.

Rae is really different dahil kung sa ibang babae ito ginawa ni Kara ay siguradong nagsasabunutan na sila ngayon at isinampal na niya sa mukha ni Kara kung gaano siya kayaman but she didn't do anything. Infact she just stared at Kara habang pinipigilan nitong mapatawa dahil sa hindi makapaniwala ang babae na doon na kami lilipat sa rooftop.

I was holding her hands when we reached the elevator and we entered it quietly.

"Thanks Lucas" she said at isinandal niya ang ulo niya sa akin.

"Thanks for what?" nagtataka kong tanong.

"For saving me back there. For saving my face from those two evil creatures." sagot niya at napatawa ako nang marinig ko ito.

Akala pala niya ay palabas lang lahat ng ginawa ko kanina para lang hindi siya mapahiya sa dalawang yon? Well, well, well my Rika Rae maraming namamatay sa maling akala.

"What I said and did back there ain't for a show my Rae, I meant every word and action i did." I said looking at her directly in her eyes. Then I lowered my head and kiss her beautiful lips again.

I'm doomed. Really doomed!
