A deep, male voice answered the call. "Hello, Gold Standard Insurance, how may I help you today?"
"Oh, hi there! I wondered if you could help me. I seem to have lost my membership number. Well, it's a joint account actually, and my husband's away on business. Don't suppose you could let me know what it is, could you?"
"Do you know your password?""
"I'm afraid not, no."
"Well, how about you give me your name and I'll take you through a few security questions?"
"That would be amazing, thank you. The name's Elaine Tanner."
There was a brief pause.
"Oh, it doesn't seem to be coming up."
"How about my husband's name? I'm pretty sure it's a joint account, but the last time I called, it came up under his name. Could you be a sweetheart and check? It's Jack Tanner."
