Carlos and Anabel sat there for a while longer; as the sun went down they walked back to the camp. The fire was hot and bright, Misty and Ashbury were making the rabbit, and Raiden stood nearby guarding.
As the night wore on, so did everyone else. Carlos was fast asleep next to Misty and Raiden was next to Ashbury. Anabel sat by the fire watching the flames sway back and forth she wanted to go to sleep but was too scared to close her eyes.
Anabel paced around the camp like a zombie until dawn came around. Misty and Carlos were still sleeping when Anabel finally closed her eyes. Ashbury went and hunted for breakfast, Raiden gathered more wood to keep the fire going.
Anabel opened her eyes after getting a few hours of sleep
