The room had fallen in silent very quickly, and as strange as it was, people were looking here and there and were trying to understand what was going on.
"Who are we waiting for Beth?"Arthur asked one of the partners, as the older looking beautiful women pushed blond hair away from her shoulders, glancing at him.
"Just one more second. I got a last minute call and we are expecting someone else." She said, confusing everyone else and even Anna. She too had no idea who it could be.
"Is that something we can allow?. If someone cannot be here on time..." Arthur brought up.
"No, that's not it." Beth said, glancing at Anna at this moment. And she felt a bit pressure on her now, and that was all because everyone else were looking at her as well. She felt as if some thing was wrong.
