_Anya's POV_ The car moved smoothly down the wide street and the morning sun filled the back seat with soft golden light. I sat quietly and looked out of the window. The buildings outside were taller and finer than any I had seen before. "You are very quiet, dear," Jacob's mom said gently beside me. I turned my head toward her. "I am sorry.
