Chapter 8One moment everything is peaceful and warm—cozy even—when suddenly there is noise and movement as Ronan starts cursing and grumbling as he jumps out of bed. Dustin stays where he is, letting Ronan hunt for the missing phone. He stretches, yawning, feeling a few little aches and pains, which make him smile with satisfaction. Half of him can’t believe they slept together—the other half is damn glad that they gave into temptation.
Dustin is feeling relaxed, until he senses the mood in the room shift. Ronan’s emotions are strong enough that Dustin can pick them up; he’s upset and pissed off. Dustin sits up in Ronan’s bed and looks at him sitting on the edge of the bed. He can only see Ronan’s back, but that is tense.
