THE NEW WORLD
This journey was becoming more complicated than anything they imagined.
While they remained on the known territory of the Brittle Sea, they were relatively in control of their circumstances. But soon, they saw more and more things beyond their comprehension as they slipped further from the Veil and the familiar mists of home. As they left behind the cold seas where the water was warmer and the waves less turbulent, they saw other vessels. Caution forced them to keep their distance, but the encounters revealed men had evolved considerably since the time of the Elves in Avalyne.
Whether this evolution was good was still a matter of debate.
