Outside the City
Riley paced around her tracks completely displacing the snow. She had few options while waiting for Nyx to return. First she could just plow through Aidan’s city, show that Medjay a thing or two, and be on her merry way. Second she could wait for Nyx to return with whatever she was looking for. This was not the most favorable option, but it was the original plan. Finally, she could forget everything and let Nyx figure out what to do on her own. It wasn’t that this current plan was beneath her, however her current situation left her bored with mountains of wasted potential. She led armies, killed thousands, laid siege to entire empires.
