During the whole flight and car ride to our new home, Michael and I have been arguing nonstop. It has been almost seventeen years and the girls still don’t know their true identity.

He is such a stubborn Alpha male. That I just want to punch in the throat. I feel if we wait to tell them any longer it may be to late, but he won’t listen to a word I say.

“ Why did you tell the girls we needed to talk to them? “ Michael questioned me the moment we enter our suite.

“ Are you serious? You don’t think we need to tell the girls anything? “

“ No they are safer not knowing! “

“ HOW ARE THE SAFER! WE CAN NOT PROTECT THEM ALL THE TIME! WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE NOT AROUND HOW WILL THE DEFEND THEIRSELVES? “ I scream with frustration.

“ Serenity is very swift and limber. She is fast and she always sees where her opponents going to strikes, allowing her to have a counter move waiting for them. Jazz uses her height as an advantage, attacking her opponent low, she is brilliant at stargazing, and can analyze her opponent weakness with no problem. Both of them can lift four times their body strength. Both of them together can take out a whole pack if they wanted !!!” Michael says with nothing but irritation clearly in his voice.

“ Michael I am not saying you didn’t train our girls well. What I am saying is they need to know what type of threats are after them, the” I walk over to him placing my hand on his chest to calm him.

“ Jazz needs to start training soon, her powers will be coming in with in the next year. Sins wolf is strong. She should have shifted at 16. Her wolf is fighting the containment spell. I can not hold her for long. Her birthday is in two months during a full moon her wolf will break free of my spell. “ I explained.

“ When you say Sins wolf is strong, how strong? She is an alpha female but your a high priest, her wolf shouldn’t be able to break your spell.” Michael asked while his eyebrows frown forward. His thinking about something whenever that happens.

“ Yes, she shouldn’t be able to, but she is. She is a strong wolf, probably stronger than a alpha male.”

Michael eyes grow big “ Do you think she…….” Before Michael could finish his questions, there was a soft knock at the door.

“ We will finish this conversation later” Michael says. He walks over to the door to let the girls in.

Michael P.O.V.

First I would like to say I hate this idea. Why should we tell them? We can protect them. I’m a freaking Alpha I can protect my children. I know what Dani means, the girls need to know. The need to prepare for the war that is coming.

I walk over to the door and let the girls in. Both walk in hand and hand. Once inside both girl spin around taking in our room.

Our room has a California king size black four post bed with gold sheer curtains hanging from the post, that sat on the far right side of the room. On the left we have a small lounge area with a tv. Our room also has a balcony like one of the girls room. But our balcony extended a little longer. So we are able to have patio furniture out there.

“ can we switch? “ Jazz ask with a very serious look on her face.

“ No my love we may not. Come girls let’s sit we have a very important matter to discuss.” Both girls look at me with stern faces and nod

We all walk over to the sitting area. Both girls sit on the two person love seat. Dani and I each sit in the one person chair that sit on the ends of the coffee table in the middle. We sit in silence for few moment, everyone looking at me waiting for me to start. Serenity is bouncing a knee uncomfortably, anxiety taking over her nerves.

“ Okay you guys are starting to freak us out. What’s wrong?” Serenity ask looking between me and Dani.

Finally deciding that I was just going to say it. I will rip the bandaid right off. No warm up just spit it out “ Wearewerewolves” I say, the words coming out my mouth as one word. But I know they understood. Serenity has stop shaking, Jazz has her head c**k to the side still trying to understand if she heard me correctly.

A few minute go pass with none of us saying anything once again. Then out of no where I hear a snicker. Serenity turn her head to look at Jazz. Both have humor in their eyes. The room is soon filled with their laughters. Tears are rolling down both their face. Neither are able to sit upright, as they are bent over with laughter.

I knew this wasn’t going to be easy but I didn’t expect this. A little annoyed by their behavior, I stood up from chair, took my shirt off and shift into my wolf Austin.

Austin is pure black but when the sun hits our fur just right the tips give off a gold color. This is why my pack colors are black and gold.

The girls laughter has stop as the stood looking at Austin. Austin on the other hand was happy to final meet them. He wagged his tail in excitement.

“ Do not scare them Austin, they need to know we won’t hurt them “ I mindlink him

“ Relax I would never hurt my pups. They should have meant me sooner and they would know already.” Austin says, he’s pissed at me also about my decision to hide him from the girls.

“ WHAT THE F***. I MEAN WHAT THE ACTUAL F***!!” Serenity screamed coming back from her shocked state.

“ Watch your mouth young lady.” Dani say through her teeth.

“ No mom, you guys have been lying to us for years! Now your telling us that some day we are going to be able to do this! ARE WE IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE! DOES ANYONE NOT SEE HOW WEIRD THIS IS” Serenity yells. But there something else to, her eyes are glowing, they are almost gold.

I quickly run over to our walk in closet, I shift and grab a pair of shirt so I don’t scare my children anymore. Walking out the closet I see Serenity now pacing the floor and Jazz is still in a shock state. I take a deep breath, realizing this is all my fault.

“ Sin I know your upset but listen to me.” I calmly say to her. She stops pacing and turns to face me. I wait a few seconds to continue to make sure I have her attention.

“ I hide this from you and your sister because I wanted you to live a normal life. But that can’t be, we are what we are. This place we live in is our pack. I am the alpha the one that runs this pack and protect everyone in it. Your mother is our Luna. She nurtures the pack, she gives the pack and me strength. Please understand I didn’t do this to hurt you, but to protect you. Their are people hunting us because of what we are.” I explain to her.

“ When will I get my wolf?” Serenity ask. I’m a little surprise by her question. Why does she want to know?

“ Your birthday is in two months. Your wolf will come then. Jazz yours my come at 16 or 17. Usually humans get their wolves at 18 but because you both are of alpha blood you can get your at 16 or 17.” Both girls nod their heads in understanding.

“ Your training will be different. Tomorrow morning both of you need to be in the back yard by four am. We are going to train with the pack. Also Sin I will be getting you ready for your first shift. So, after training meet my in the indoor gym.”

“ Yes father” both girls say in unison.

“ Okay, go to your rooms will call when dinner is ready.”

Serenity nods and walks over to Jazz. She collapse her hand with Jazz pulling her out the door. Once the door shuts, a pillow lands at the Side of my head. I turn to see a very angry Dani sending death glares at me.

“ What was that for?”

“ YOU DIDN’T TELL THEM THE TRUTH. YOU TOLD THEM NOT EVEN HALF THE TRUTH!” Dani yells. Yes I only told them we were wolves and people are hunting us. Not that those people are a group of evil witches, rogues, and vampires or that Dani is actually a white witch. Maybe some other things too.

“ I will, I have to ease it in. You see how they reacted when they saw Austin.”

“ That’s an excuse and you know it.”

“ No it not, I’m not trying to freak them out even more.” I say trying to defend myself. The truth is I know it an excuse but I don’t want the girls to look at us different after I tell them the truth. Once they know there’s no telling how they react.

“ Mmhmm”

I take a deep breath and sigh. “ Did you see sins eyes when she was telling.”

“ Yes, I told you her wolf is strong.” Dani say as she turns and start walking to the balcony.

“ I think we need to prepare, I think I know who her wolf is” I say, worry laced in my voice.
