Nathaniel Gunner was impossible to stop. His feet moved him faster than I had ever seen him move, sprinting through the castle to get to the labyrinth. I stayed close to him, if his mate really was in trouble, he might need help staying calm.I knew what it meant to have a severely injured mate and I was not going to let him suffer alone. It was strange though, I thought we had gotten all of the members of our pack out of that trap, but apparently someone was still alive down there. Maybe there were a few more cleaning up, someone who just turned eighteen? That would be a hell of a coincidence though.
