The nightmare starts, as it usually does: with me driving home. I just finished the first half of my shift and told my colleagues since I was on call, I would quickly go home to have dinner but to call me if anything happened. Then, I would be right back. Driving down the dirt road leading into our territory, I hum along with the pop music on the radio to distract myself from how urgently I have to pee. My growing pregnant belly pushes on my bladder. Wednesdays are our day for family
