Thankfully with the aid of my abilities it hadn't taken too long for me to recover from my near death injuries. I had been stubborn and not taken myself to a hospital, so I decided to ride out the healing process at home. Not wanting to explain to a Doctor what had happened, the last thing I wanted were the authorities involved.
I missed Celeste. I wanted her here with me. I needed to see her beautiful face, look into those stunning green eyes and hear the delightful chime of her voice. Closing my eyes I imagined my lips on her neck, inhaling her sweet scent as I planted gentle kisses across her flesh. But I knew I couldn't. I didn't want to risk either of our lives at this point.
