It had finally started to calm down now that it was getting closer to closing time. Nico had a meeting to attend to so he arranged for Renzo to come and pick me up from the bar. I said that I would walk but Nico doesn’t want to risk me being alone on the main road, even if it was for a five minute walk. If he was worried about leaving me alone anywhere, I thought it would be here after my encounter with Kye. But then again, I suppose Renzo would leave fairly soon considering all I had to do was close up in 20 minutes.
There were three groups of people left in the bar so I turned the open sign round to show that were closed and served them their final drinks. Group by group, they left the bar and I was finally able to close up. It was nice being away from the house for a few hours. It migh
