Nearly an hour elapsed until the room finally found solace. It had taken Ivanka a lot to get Alaric to regain calmness. When he was finally calm, she made him some tea and sat beside him. "Tell me everything, Ric," she cooed, her hand on his shoulder. "What happened?" It didn't even sound strange calling him by his name again. He felt and seemed like Alaric from every angle.
