I was in a very dark mood. It was a new day and I still couldn't tell where dawn was. I felt so stupid and inadequate, how is it that I can not even protect the one woman who I was mated with even after promising her so much.

I exclaimed abruptly, causing Joe to jump in surprise. Joe had come immediately with Hera, who then took May to the medical lab for tests. They were the only ones who had access to the house now, them and May who was resting now. My homw had been attacked, no where else in the rogue lands but my place.
I scoffed as i thought of the misfortune that had fallen on whoever was responsible for causing this chaos. I made sure that the security had increased when I came back home to see that Dawn had been taken.
