As I closed my eyes and took in the morning air, I could smell Kieran. I frowned and slowly opened my eyes to the sight of Kieran there, in front of me.
I looked around and then back to him in surprise.
“Kieran?” I asked softly as I reached my hand out to touch him and see if this was real if I was just dreaming.
“Yes.” He said the moment my fingers touched his shirt.
I was shocked, so much that I started studying at him for a few seconds until he pulled me into his arms and squeezed me tightly.
As we hugged, he softly said,
“I have missed you so much, my love. I won’t ever let anything or any one to take you away from me. Never again.”
