Seeing Hera and Joe after my ordeal was very therapeutic. After hugging them, we spent like 15 minutes talking with Hera, asking me every two seconds if I was doing well.
"Your hair!" Hera shouted somewhere in between our conversation and then it hit me that they had actually not spoken about it.
It was then I noticed the realization hit Joe's face.
"I knew there was something different about you, I just thought it was the fact that you had been missing and we had not seen you. Ohh wow," then after a short pause, Joe added, "Did they do this to you?"
"No, they did not. I did it myself." I quickly replied as Hera just kept looking at my hair in shock, then I continued saying, "I wanted to try a different look."
