As we went up to Kieran's room, which had now become our room, because Kieran was not willing to let me sleep alone, I wondered what had just transpired between us and May. The moment Kieran and I walked into the room, I turned to him and asked,
"What was that?"
"What?"
"About May, what did you mean or rather what did she mean when she said that she could not mind link us? And that is true. I have noticed that she smells different from most of the people on the Rogue lands."
Kieran chuckled and said,
"She will let you know about it when we go down for dinner."
"Come on, Kieran. Won't you just let me know?"
