I kept pacing, trying to come up with a solution as the men I put as guard swept through the whole pack as discreetly as they could in looking for Dawn. I should have locked her up in my basement when I had her. I picked up a figurine on a shelf close to me and threw it at the wall. It made an impact on the wall and scattered all over.
