Juliet was calm as they sat in the hotel. She was thinking of everything Amy told her, she couldn't bring herself to believe what she heard.
Nobody will believe that Amy went through all that. She looks strong and always happy.
She didn't have the appetite to eat but she couldn't leave the food to avoid being tagged rude by her mom. She ate a few spoons and excused herself to go the bathroom.
"I'll have to use the bathroom," she said, picked her purse, and walked away not waiting for a reply.
She was also overwhelmed with emotions. She took her phone, scrolled through her phone, and tapped Vincent's number.
She had a fight within herself about whether to call or not but they needed to talk.
"The sooner the better," she inhaled deeply to calm herself down then dialed the number.
