Saying "I Do" to my ex

MY WEDDING DAY

Today I am getting married. I dressed in a beautiful white gown with a pearl embroidery design on it and diamond ornaments, which enhanced my beauty and charm. How fast these 4 days went. I spend most of my time with my dad. We had so much fun together as father and daughter after a long time. Many relatives came to my wedding. We all had many functions and we played many interesting games with family and neighbours.

My friends also celebrated "My Bride To Be" on the beach. The beach theme was an excellent choice. The view was beautiful and there was a natural atmosphere which looked fresh. I was dressed in a purple one piece and my bridesmaid dress was a yellow-colored gown. We played games and cut the cake. We had a lot of fun and gossiped after a long time. I enjoyed these four days happily without any tension.

Here I am in a hotel room with a makeup artist. My makeup and hair is done and I am all set to go down with my dad. After their work was done, they left. Now I am waiting for my fiance, who is a complete stranger to me, because this is a business marriage. I haven't met him before. His name is Daniel Robinson. He is a successful business executive. That is what my dad told me earlier about him. I never wanted any kind of relationship with anyone because of my past. I am only getting married today to save my dad's reputation.

My fiance is a narrow-minded person because he agreed to marry me without even trying to meet me. I think he is not interested in marriage and is getting married for the same reason. He agreed to this proposal only for a business deal which was made by our fathers. I already don't like my fiance, his decision-making skills alone have put him down, in my opinion. How I will adjust with him in the future.

I am a successful business manager in the Philippines. I am an independent girl who doesn't need anyone else's money to fulfill her needs. I am the best at what I do for a living. Everyone respects me because I am a young manager who handles the company successfully. I don't trust people easily because of my past experience.

I am dressed up as my mother was dressed up on her wedding day. Everything is arranged by my father and I love it. But I would be more happy if this marriage was not a business deal. I am waiting for my father to take me to the aisle where my fiance is waiting for me. A marriage which is done for a business deal. Will not be happy and might not even last long.

I was waiting for my father when I heard someone's familiar voice.

"What are you saying? Your son doesn't want to marry my daughter. That why he ran away?" I heard my father's worried voice.

"I am sorry Mr.James , I can't do anything. He ran away from this marriage. He agreed to this proposal. But why he suddenly ran away I don't know?" I heard an unknown voice.

"Who will marry my daughter now? Everyone was waiting for the bride and groom," my dad asked that person angrily.

"Mr. James, come with me. I am trying to call him. He is not answering my calls," that unknown person said to my dad.

I think they left from here. I can't hear anyone's conversation anymore. But the conversation I heard is true. He ran away........

What! My fiance ran away from this marriage. Dad is so tense and worried about me. Everyone is waiting for us, and the groom is missing. How can his son run away from this marriage? My dad's reputation will be ruined. What about this business deal? I feel angry with Daniel and his father. If he doesn't want to marry me, he should reject the proposal from the start. Why did he say yes to this proposal earlier? I hate him. If I ever met him again, I would slap him in front of everyone. Stupid Daniel Robinson. How can he do this to me? Now who will marry me? What about my dad's reputation?

I was a crying mess. Why does all this sh*t happen to me? I am missing my mother a lot if she were here. She would have stopped dad from doing this contract marriage.When my friend entered my room, she was shocked to see me crying on the biggest day of my life. She hugged me and told me it's normal for a girl to leave her own home. I told her everything. She was very angry with Daniel. She was about to call the police when someone entered my hotel room.
