“Dude! We’ve missed you so much,” Wyatt said as he walked over to Kyle and gave him a weird bro hug which Kyle returned. “It felt like you have been gone for months, both of you.” He turned to Jackson and gave him the same weird bro hug.
“It was only two weeks Wyatt,” Kyle replied with an eye and grabbed his bag from the back seat of his car. “It’s not like the world suddenly ended because Jack and I weren’t here.”
Jackson chuckled from beside him as the four of them walked into the school together. “Maybe there was World War 3 caused by our departure,” Jackson said and laughed. “Now that would be a story to tell.”
