Last night was mind-blowing. If I'm being honest, this is the best sleep I've had since I moved to this pack.

It's five am and my mate's no where in sight. Right as I began to panic, I found a note he left on my night stand.

I turn my attention back to the now unconscious alpha in my grasp, bellowing a thunderous growl in his face before tossing him to the side like a paper weight. Walking to my mate, I realized everyone's eyes were cast down in fear. Some were even shaking.
