Adelaide looked at her and thought she was now more well-behaved than Cedric.
When she first joined the Blackthorn Pack, she had thought Priscilla would be difficult to get along with. But within days, the two became close.
Priscilla no longer waited for Adelaide to greet her but instead took the initiative to have breakfast with her daily. She even moved to the neighboring yard and had plum trees planted there, clearly trying to get close.
After the commotion subsided, Adelaide approached Zelda to ask her opinion on Alger.
At the mention of a mating, Zelda's cheeks flushed, and she shyly asked, "Which Alger are you referring to?"
