"Why you ain't tell me?" Jayceone asked, leaning up against the headboard of his bed. After Lona grabbed all her things, Sydney and Damian said it was ok if she stayed with them until college.

Soon as she walked inside, Jayceone grabbed her things and carried them to his room instead of the guest room.

Damian made it clear that no s*x was allowed in the house, knowing the truth between his son and Lona but of course, they both denied that'll ever happen.

Sydney and Damian didn't believe that.

Its going on 10pm and Lona sat Indian style on the left side of the bed. She wore a big shirt with shorts and her hair in a sloppy bun.

Jayceone had on a wife beater, basketball shirts and Nike socks.

"I wasn't comfortable" Lona said, pulling her knees to her chest and resting her chin on top "The situation I'm in isn't s-"

"Was in" Jayceone corrected.

"The situation I was in wasn't one I was comfortable with. I didn't like talking about it or being involved. That's why when I'm not in school, I'm at work or here" She explained.

"Has he ever touched or um-"he asked, referring to her dad.

"No, never. Just punish me, as he puts it, whenever he felt like it"

Jayceone shook his head "You coulda talked to me Lona, I could've helped you"

"I know" she mumbled, moving closer to him. Sitting right beside him, she kissed his cheek "I'm sorry"

Grabbing her hand and making her straddle his lap, he hugged her tight "Naw baby, I'm sorry"

Looking down at a sleeping Imani, Xavier slowly and carefully pulled himself away from her embrace and out the bed to grab his things.

Pulling the covers over Imani, he kissed her forehead then turned off the TV and walked out the room.

On his way out the door, he bumped into Jayceone who was walking out of the kitchen.

"You gone?" Jayceone asked.

"Yea" Xavier kept it short.

"Hold up, before you do. Let's talk about something" they walked into the living and sat on the couch. "Mani told me about what you told her, that night of y'all date"

"Yea, I figured. I already explained to her the situation so we cool"

"Good, but ion like seein my lil sister in tears over no nigga. Even if he been knowing her since the 9th. So next time I see her shed as much as a speck of a tear, that's your ass" Jayceone spoke "Don't take it personal, cause I like you with my sister. And I'm cool with it, but that's family"

"Cool, I get it" Xavier stood up "I gotta dip though. I'll see you tomorrow" they dapped each other up before Xavier left.

"I'm glad y'all let me stay here" Lona smiled at everyone. It was Sunday and as always, Sydney made a Sunday dinner and invited everyone.

"Sweetie its no problem. You're welcome to stay for however long you want" Sydney smiled back. She looked around the table at everyone.

Damian sat beside her while Sky sat next to him. On the other side was Xavier then Imani and Lona. Jayceone sat at the end.

"Momma, guess what?" Sky said, with her mouth full of ham.

"What I say about eating with your mouth full?" Damian said, wiping her mouth.

"Sorry daddy" she chewed and swallowed her food "Xavier and Mani with Jay and Lona. We alllll going to the beach" she said excitedly.

"Really baby? When?"

"Tomorrow, that's my only day off this week so I thought we'd do something fun" Imani said "We're leaving around 9 to get there early"

"Well you better not be wearing that black bikini I don't like" Damian said "Show too much skin"

"Daddy its a bathing suit. Its suppose to show skin"

"Naw, try me. I'll have you leave in a turtle neck and a scarf" he threatened, serious. Everyone laughed and Sky laughed just because everyone else was. "I'm dead ass"

"Ass?" Sky questioned "Mommy what's ass?"

"A word daddy shouldn't have said. And neither should you or you get a pow pow" Sydney said.

"Why daddy didn't get a pow pow?"

Damian licked his lips, looking over at her with a smirk "She don't give me pow pows but I give her some"

"Ok, ew" Imani giggled "Y'all nasty"

"Its life" Damian shrugged "That you and Jayceone shouldn't be living right now"

Jayceone threw her hands up in surrender "I'm a virgin"

"Yea, and I'm Tupac" Xavier said, making everyone laugh.
