I made it a point to wake up early. I had made breakfast for Rylan just in case he wakes up. I saved some for Jane as well, leaving a note for her in case she looks for me.
I need to make every minute matter. I don't have enough energy to last me until tonight. My body is needing a source of energy for two. Without Rylan, I will die. And if I don't want to die, I have to devour a human soul.
No matter what happens. I won't do that. I can't do it. I made a promise not just to Rylan but also to myself. That is why I have to find that source of darkness that is keeping Rylan weak.
The sun hasn't risen and yet I was in the shrine already. I have to ignore the clutter around it for it will take more of my energy. I came here to find Reid. I don't know any place to find him, just the shrine
