While there were many things about Vittoria that unsettled Amora, one thing in particular stood out. The way she made it clear that Antonio belonged to her.
“Antonio is such a child,” Vittoria said. “He has a lot to learn. I’ll make you his personal assistant, and he won’t even question it. I know him. He doesn’t care for the women who have shared his bed, I’ve seen him with his secretaries before.”
