After the unwanted scene at school, we made our way home in silence aside from Summer asking questions. I don't know if Sean was upset with me for treating the woman who claimed to be his friend like that.
We arrived home, and I took Summer to her room to take her uniform off and wash her hands. Then we climbed down to have lunch, and Sean was already waiting for us. With Summer's non-stop chatter, our lunch was not quiet.
After our lunch, she went to her room to play, and I went up to our room to organize some things. When I was done, I helped Summer with her schoolwork and mine as well.
