After a while they came upon a bright key-pad beside a door and Jack tapped in a code. They heard the mechanical chimes of well-maintained locks reacting, and after a short while the steel door swung open towards them.
Jack dodged the swing and bumped into Della, ‘I suppose you fink that’s funny,’ she said, holding her nose.
