TWENTY-FOUR ‘You’ve not lost him again, have you?’ Mandy offered a token chortle, greeting Jo in the corridor as she stepped into her office. Jo followed and Mandy replied over her shoulder as she hung her coat on the back of the door, ‘He’s getting bacon sarnies from Jean in the canteen; we need to eat.
