Chapter 15

The next day, we were having breakfast with the whole family – my dad, my sister Lily, my brother Max, and my mom. We were having a big breakfast at the dining table. My dad talked to everyone about going to the paris with Ethan for my modeling career. Everyone congratulated me and hugged me. I said "thank you" to everyone.

I told my mom, "I should even get ready. I should even go for some shopping to get stuff for the Paris ."

My dad said, "No, you don't have to do that because I've already settled all that for you in the paris You don't have to buy any clothes here."

I said, "Okay."

After breakfast, I went back to my room, feeling really happy about the trip. I texted Ethan and said, "How's doing ?"

Ethan replied, "Fine. How's everything?" I texted him back, "Everything's great! It's the weekend, want to hang out today?" Ethan said, "Yeah, that sounds like fun! We could go to the park or grab some ice cream?"

I was excited about the options. "That sounds perfect. When were you thinking?" I asked.

Ethan said, "There's a famous ice cream and cake place in the area. We could check it out." He came to pick me up at my home so I'd feel secure, considering I have a bad eye. We headed to the ice cream and cake shop.

I was super happy walking into the shop. "You know what always makes me happy?" I told Ethan.

He smiled curiously. "What's that?"

"Ice cream and cake," I said with a grin. We both laughed, and we started looking at the menu with tons of yummy flavors.
