I wake with a start as Zoey crashes around the room, complaining that her alarm didn’t go off. What a weird dream, I think to myself, but a chuckle escapes me, causing Zoey to stop her mid-morning tantrum and just stare at me. “Sorry. I had the weirdest dream,” I say, reaching for my phone on my bedside table and powering it back on. “You’ll never—” I trail off as I see a text pop up on my phone from an unknown number. It couldn’t have been real! Werewolves?! That b***h.
