Sarah had excused herself from the meeting, Lefinna had used signs and symbols to communicate with them to dispense what they had earlier discussed, the earlier discussion was in a strange language that the smartasses came up with shortly after Ixonquious and his team defeated Meglor, Meglor was unaware of the language so he didn't know what they were planning.
"KARIDA" Sarah says aloud, a portal reappears in front of her, she steps through hurriedly, she was in a lushly green field, she sobs quietly as memories of her husband flow through her mind.
"Why did he have to die, why now on my birthday of all days" she wept frantically as she hit the ground
"He was so good at what he did, always making me squeal and moan, no man ever made me feel the way he did, he also loved the kids and me, and most importantly, the s*x, even after over sixteen years, he was still phenomenal, God, I miss him so much."
"You are not the only one who misses him" came a familiar voice behind her, Sarah wipes her tears away as she turns around, it was Lefinna, her eyes to appeared red, she had been grieving.
"d**k was very dear to me, he treated me well after Griff left, though he was a d**k, I loved him" Lefinna says with a mild chuckle as a tear drops from her right eye.
"I recall you saying you won't miss him" Sarah smiles at her.
"Tell a few jokes once in a while, I learnt it from him" Lefinna starts as tears fall more hurriedly from her eyes
"I am really hurt, perhaps more than anyone else, I never got to tell him how much I appreciate all he did, when I thought Tommy was gone, I said some things..." Leffy ends as she burst into a stream of tears.
"You weren't the only one" came another voice behind them, they all turn, it was Alucard, as if on cue, Katharina, Redoulp, Mari, Kari and Alma appear from his right while Tommy, Daniel, Ron and Reg reappear from his left.
"The son of a d**k is invaluable to us all, we all miss him terribly" Redoulp began as tears drop from his eyeballs.
"He was a valuable comrade" Katharina began
"I miss him terribly."
"What she means is we all do but moping about won't solve anything" Ron says.
"We have to honor his memory, we have gathered the seven lords and the few guardians who were willing to stand by our side" Mari chips in.
"Speaking about demon lords, I didn't see Irinova" Daniel says.
"Aww, am I that special" came a voice behind them, it was Irinova, Shylock was right beside her kneeling on the ground like a dog, it was obvious he had been crying and his face was sweating like crazy, there were also blood stains in the buttocks area of his trousers.
"Jesus, Shylock, what happened to you" Alma asks, there was concern all over his face.
"Nothing much, we just had a little fun, that's all, I wonder why he's all mopey, I am sure he'd get cleaned up in time for our next game" Irinova says with a cruel smile.
"I know this is off point but how did you all get in here" Sarah asks.
"You left the portal open and most of us have heightened senses, even though this is a different dimension, we could still hear everything happening thank to the rip in space you created, basically what I am saying is we could hear your sobs and cries" Tommy says.
"Don't tell me..." Sarah says putting her hand on her head.
"Yep, everyone heard your crying and your other remarks, some of it was very personal" Tommy continues.
"Yep yep yep" Sarah says walking moving away
"It feels so weird now" turning her attention back at them
"So any Intel on where we will find Meggy."
"Marcel has a lead and I am sure it's very authentic" Kari grins.
Marcel was standing in the room, he wore a confident smile, he had really changed from who he was years ago, no longer a man drawn by revenge, as he sees the group approaching from where they had gone to meet Sarah
"Hey Sarah, how have you been, I heard you added one more kid to the fray."
"Why don't you cut the bullshit" Sarah says flaring at him
"I heard you have a plan to locate Meglor, what is it?"
Marcel's facial expression wore weariness but he quickly regains his composure seeing that all eyes were on him
"I take it you all are familiar with the protectors of the multiverse."
"Who's that" Sarah asks, all eyes then turn at her as if it was weird and unusual to ask that question, she looks around the crowd, everyone appeared to know who those were, even the people she was close to didn't feign surprise.
"Wow, am I really the only one that doesn't know here" Sarah says.
"Pretty much" Marcel grins
"But why don't I tell you a little about them, eight years ago after Larias, Azexela helped me and I got released from jail, then I travelled the multiverse in search of a purpose, the protectors of the multiverse are a very popular bunch, they are responsible for the safety of uncountable lives, people always spoke about them but one thing about me never changed, my curiosity" Marcel ends with a light chuckle
"So then I did something which was considered inhumane, I held an entire universe hostage, I knew that would get their attention..."
"If these people do exist, where were they during Azexela and Larias" Sarah asks interrupting him.
"During Azexela" Midols began
"The protestors were wiped from existence, that was why no one even knew or remembered them till she was defeated."
"That's convenient, how about during Larias" Sarah asks.
"Larias rewrote the consciousness of everything and everyone in the multiverse, the protectors were no exception" Seriin says aloud.
"These protectors don't really sound very protective, why are their names being brought up" Sarah asks in Marcel's direction, she wore an annoyed look on her face, one of murder.
"Well you are right about one thing, they do suck at their jobs but that's not what I am trying to imply, what I mean is I was able to get in contact with one of them and I planted a soulic bug on one of them, he's known as the Constructor, he's the brains of their posse" Marcel grins.
"In case you don't remember, Constructor isn't Meggy" Sarah says with a disappointed look.
"Though I didn't tell Constructor about the bug but seeing how intelligent he was, I expected him to find out, turns out I was right" Marcel grins.
"You really are such a pathetic excuse for a man, we didn't ask for your life story regarding the protectors, Meggy is out there planning total annihilation and you are here grinning like a mentally imbalanced psychopath, you disgust me" Sarah says with a demeaning gaze.
"That hurts" Marcel mutters
"But Constructor must have planted the bug on either Meggy or his subordinates somehow and I know where they are" Marcel ends with a grin.
"Where?" Sarah asks in a cool voice.
"Somewhere not in the multiverse" Marcel says.
"Don't try and sound cool, even Tom does a far better job at it than you..." Sarah says, Tommy who was beside Katharina begins to blush
"...and he sucks, like really sucks" Sarah ends.
Tommy's expression took a 180 degree turn as he heard her finish her words.
"It's called the infinite beyond" Marcel says.
"What's that?" Sarah asks.
"The infinite beyond is what exists outside of creation, like the number and size of the multiverse, it's innumerable and continues to stretch on for light years and more, and that isn't even the worst part" Marcel says.
"Then what is" Sarah asks.
"If one is in the infinite beyond, the distance between creation and where he is keeps increasing by tredecillions of miles every femtosecond" Marcel continues as he stares at her, the expression on her face had changed
"But I made a new friend, he's from a race, they are called tinios, he helped me create gears that would enable us to get back inside creation when we need to but."
"I hate buts, what's the problem" Sarah asks.
"We can only stay in the infinite beyond for a very limited amount of time, if we stay too long like an hour, the bearing would be lost and we'd be lost forever" Marcel ends.
"Okay then, great pep talk, when are the objects" Sarah asks.
"Right here" Marcel grins as he removes his jacket revealing lots of similar brightly decorated badges.
"Seriously, this s**t makes me feel like I am in the f*****g boys scout" Tom says exasperatedly as he catches a glimpse at the badge.
"That's just how it is" Marcel grins
"We shall be leaving soon, everyone remember the plan and stick to it, this might get rough" Marcel ends as he gives a badge to Sarah, he moves around the room distributing the badges like a boys scout member.
"Now that we have the badges, how do we get outside of creation" Midols asks
"The rules of existence still stands as created by the gods and mistresses and one of them includes that no life form can step outside of creation except given permission by them."
"Why do you think we summoned you here" Redoulp says aloud, he was now hovering over the ground in Midols' direction
"We brought the seven demon lords who each have the energy of the seven gods..." Redoulp ends with a grin as he motions over to Marcel
"...Marcel has the energy of Ashun and Azexela..." his face still beamed with smiles as he now faces Lefinna
"...while our dear Lefinna has the energy of Drafla, though, we ain't exactly the real thing but if we all come together and unify this energy, we might be able to break the supreme barrier and delve into the world of the unknown."
"That sounds crazy" Gigramel says aloud
"Why do you mortals always fantasize despicable and foolish acts."
"The same is true for your birth" the red demon lord says in her sonorous voice as she now turns to Midols
"Are you in?" She asks.
"Anything to restore the multiverse to normal, I shall do" Mildols answers.
"Without a doubt" she smiles as she turns towards Sheesa
"Are you in."
Sheesa who was now embracing Daniel very tight
"Any thing to be with my sweet baldie, I will do."
Turning towards Zhelka
"How about you?"
"I have made friends amongst the mortals, sure I am" Zhelka says his Scorpion tail wagging and he was putting on a boyish smile at Ron and Kari, Ron and Kari return the smile to him too.
Turning towards Seriin
"How about you?"
"Well I love to hold tournaments and watch battles and I can't wait to see what a war with Meg would be like so hell yeah" Seriim grins excitedly, the succubi grins as she turns towards Irinova.
"You know my reply to that question" Irinova grins as she tugs tightly to the chain she held which the other end was still tight around Shylock's neck.
"Well, Gigramel, the other demon lords have agreed and they don't in any way find this to be despicable or foolish" the succubi says as she narrows her gaze at the green demon lord, she walks closer towards him, she had a demeaning expression on her face
"It's not that you think this is erratic, it's you are so scared cause you think you will disappoint and fail like you have always done."
"I have never failed before" Gigramel says with a puffed chest.
"Your life says different" the succubi says holding a side of his face
"You are the true definition of a wuss and failure, since you are about to prove useless, I don't think it would matter if I just rip your heart out..." The succubi says turning towards the crowd, she points at Myranha
"...That mortal looks plenty capable and guess what she has balls which is ironic cause she's female and you are male and your gender is supposed to be the one with balls."
"You are bluffing, you would never do anything like that" Gigramel say aloud, sweat falling off his head, he was panting heavily.
"Then try me" The succubi grins as she puts his face towards her, she smiled like a maniac.
"Fine" Gigramel mutters out
"I will do whatever you need me to but I am not travelling with you to the infinite beyond, only fools do that anyway."
"We were never asking, no one would ever bring nonentities to things like this" The succubi grins at him, turning towards Marcel
"Everything has been settled, the question is when are we going"
"How does right now sound?" Marcel asks with a grin.
