I was in the kitchen, finishing up making breakfast for everyone when I heard some footsteps rushing down the stairs. Seconds later, Floral, Daniel and Roy came into view. They were all dressed and ready for school.
“Good morning mommy.” Roy said as he came over and hugged me.
“Good morning sweetheart. Are you ready for your first day of school?” I asked as I hugged him back.
“More than ready mommy.” He replied with excitement in his eyes.
“That’s good baby. How about you, Daniel? Ready for your first day of preschool?” I asked my brother.
